OSM · On-site machining
DH ON-SITE MACHINING machines installed piping, nozzles and flanges on site and repairs damaged faces. We check site conditions and agree inspection requirements and work schedules before starting.
Published service scope: RF and FF facing, 1–24″. We assess on-site inspection requirements, including surface roughness, hardness, PMI, metallography and ultrasonic thickness measurement, against the project specifications.
The scope of work is agreed after checking site conditions, drawings and safety requirements.
